AA 742 - Atlanta Hartsfield (ATL) to Chicago O'Hare

| Pre Flight Information | I had
never flown American Airlines from Atlanta, so this was a new experience
for me. I used the special security line that allowed me to pass
directly into the T concourse. The gate was less than 50 yards from
the security checkpoint, which made it convenient for me.
There are a number of restaurants and shops on the concourse, which is nice for travelers of American and United Airlines - the airlines that fly from this concourse. |

| Service Information | This was the first time that I had flown American since April, 2001. I found the service to be very professional and efficient. The two flight attendants were courteous, as well. This flight had drink service only in the main cabin, but it smelled like there was a hot meal service in the front cabin. | |||

| Pre Flight Information | Because of rainy weather in Chicago, the flight was delayed approximately 90 minutes. The American terminal at O'Hare was chaotic, as most flights were delayed. I had dinner at the Corner Bakery at the end of the K-concourse. |
